Installation Instructions

  1. Connect discharge hose to the Dewatering Sock Inlet and Zip Tie to secure tightly
  2. Lay Dewatering Sock on a flat surface
  3. For maximum flow efficiency, place the Dewatering Sock on hay bales or large aggregate so the water can flow from all sides of the sock equally.

Maintenance Frequency & Disposal

  • The Dewatering Sock will hold up to 4 Cubit feet of sediment/silt and detains oil residue as well.
  • Regular inspections for any obstructions that may reduce the flow rates into the bag
  • The bag should be disposed of in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws
  • The user is solely responsible for inspection, maintenance and proper disposal of the Dewatering bag. The manufacturer and seller assume no responsibility for the use, maintenance of disposal.
